Rebecca Mursuli

My name is Rebecca Mursuli, and I’m excited to officially begin my journey in mortgage lending! While I’m new to the mortgage side of the business, real estate is definitely not new to me. I’ve spent years working behind the scenes in real estate, from processing new listings and Fannie Mae properties to long-term property management. Real estate has always been a part of my life — my grandfather and my father were both in the business, so you could say it’s in my blood. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, but made my way to beautiful Sevier County in 2009, and I’m proud to call East Tennessee home. These days, life is all about my wonderful husband and our two boys. When I’m not helping people navigate their homeownership journey, you can usually find us doing something outdoors or cheering from the sidelines. As a new Mortgage Loan Officer, I’m excited to bring my real estate experience, attention to detail, and genuine love of helping people to the mortgage world. My goal is simple: to make the home-buying process as smooth, understandable, and enjoyable as possible while providing the kind of personal service I would want for my own family.
