Craig brings over 20 years of experience as a loan officer, helping clients navigate home financing with clarity, transparency, and a focus on long-term financial health. After running a construction business earlier in his career as a licensed General Contractor, he gained a unique perspective and knowledge to carve out a specialized niche in renovation loans, working closely with borrowers, builders, and real estate professionals to turn complex projects into smooth, well-structured transactions. When most lenders tend to steer away from renovation loans as too difficult or complicated, Craig draws on a deep understanding of underwriting standards, compliance, and construction timelines, helping him guide his clients from initial planning through closing, so they know exactly what to expect at every step.

As a lifelong Tennessean, he has a firm grasp of the different housing markets across the state, from Knoxville to Nashville to Memphis, with licenses across multiple other states. He has worked with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and homeowners looking to maximize the potential of their existing properties. His approach is detail-driven and educational: he takes the time to understand each client’s goals, explains options in plain language, and structures financing that fits both the project and the budget. Away from work, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, with activities ranging from sports, to traveling, and supporting the Tennessee Vols football, basketball, and baseball teams. He is also an avid Crossfit enthusiast and works hard to stay in shape so he can keep up with his 2 sons at least for a few more years!!
