Prior to joining Foundation Mortgage, Mike served as Executive Director for the Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation and the Aspire Foundation in Clinton, Tennessee. Under the leadership and mentorship of Joseph A. Hollingsworth and the Board of Directors, Mike spearheaded the research and development of Aspire, a 370-acre passive park designed to create regional impact through tourism and economic development in Anderson County.
Prior to his nonprofit leadership, Mike built a diverse professional background spanning entrepreneurship, project management, and business relations. He founded his own company, Think ReBus, and previously held a senior role at Vizient, where he led initiatives involving IT data center projects and medical supply chain logistics. His experience managing complex operations and building collaborative partnerships has shaped his ability to drive growth and innovation across industries.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum University and is widely recognized for his leadership in community development and nonprofit management.
Outside of his professional work, Mike is a proud father of three sons and a grandfather to a new granddaughter. He lives in Clinton, Tennessee, and is actively involved in athletics as a college football and college basketball official, bringing his passion for teamwork and discipline both on and off the field.
