Mike Wallace serves as the Director of Business Development at Foundation Mortgage, where he focuses on building strategic partnerships, strengthening community relationships, and expanding opportunities for homeowners, real estate professionals, and investors throughout East Tennessee.
In addition to his work with Foundation Mortgage, Mike is the Executive Director of the Hollingsworth Entrepreneurial Foundation in Clinton, Tennessee. Under his leadership, the organization achieved a major milestone with the development and completion of the $50 million Aspire Park project, a transformational space designed to uplift the community and create opportunities for connection, recreation, and economic growth. The project reflects Mike’s passion for community development and his commitment to creating environments where people and ideas can thrive.
Prior to his nonprofit leadership, Mike built a diverse professional background spanning entrepreneurship, project management, and business relations. He founded his own company, Think ReBus, and previously held a senior role at Vizient, where he led initiatives involving IT data center projects and medical supply chain logistics. His experience managing complex operations and building collaborative partnerships has shaped his ability to drive growth and innovation across industries.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum University and is widely recognized for his leadership in community development and nonprofit management.
Outside of his professional work, Mike is a proud father of three sons and a grandfather to a new granddaughter. He lives in Clinton, Tennessee, and is actively involved in athletics as a college football and college basketball official, bringing his passion for teamwork and discipline both on and off the field.
