Meet Olivia Creason, Loan Officer Assistant!

Olivia was born & raised in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2017. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, then spent nearly 3 years in the Title Industry.

First a document runner at a Title Company/Law Firm during college, she then transitioned after graduating into a processor/closing specialist role, working closely with realtors, buyers, sellers, and lenders to ensure successful closings.

Olivia appreciates the complexity of each deal and enjoys problem-solving and investigation. She values honesty, integrity, and empathy in what can be a stressful life change for many.
Hobbies include painting, drawing, listening to music, volunteering with Pints For Purpose, exploring Knoxville with friends, and spending leisure time with her dog, Bailey.

Olivia thrives on expanding her knowledge, making connections, and collaborating with like-minded individuals for the community’s benefit. Building rapport and trust with each client is incredibly satisfying.
Olivia values consistent communication and setting realistic expectations. She relishes opportunities to educate and share knowledge that can benefit both realtors and their clients in their real estate ventures.
